we will be working on a collage-type piece which will involve some painting, some cutting and pasting, and stamping, etc...your artwork will be based on a quote, poem,or verse of your choice.
*this class is 3 hours for 3 weeks...because of this, you will actually get more time in the "studio" than before...and...we will have dinner, as well as our traditional coffee and dessert!
*canvas, paint, scissors, glue, etc...provided
*what you can bring... your quote, any printed paper (wallpaper, wrapping paper, scrapbook paper...), fabric, buttons, ribbon, trim, photographs, pictures color-copied from children's books or other books, stamps, letters...anything you might want to use for your picture, and to share with others in the class!

- Due to the small nature of the class and the intimate setting of dinner and dessert, please plan to attend all classes! (Or talk to Mimi if you think you might have to miss one...)
